S&H 14-Day Returns Policy
At S&H Shop, we’re proud to offer high-quality outdoor and field gear, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets our return conditions. Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or other visible use.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team via info@sh-shop.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you choose to ship your return yourself, we strongly recommend using a tracked and reliable service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent after this timeframe will be refused.Once your return is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. You’ll be notified via email whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
